Q: How will this app potentially get artists to give the app rights to their music? A: This app is meant to be a collaborative work space. It proposes a way for artists to pay to reach users/audience. Hence, will be free to users. 

Without advertisements. Ad's are going to be the banners at the top of the "home screen", within digital marketing based "artists feeds". Artists feed will be a digital marketing space were artists can be followed and music can be promoted individually.
