Makeup Help

Hey folks!

So i am just starting out learning about makeup, i know next to nothing. Ive always gravitated towards the alternative/goth lifestyle and wanted to give a go at trying out different looks in that area of makeup.

Anyway, i wanted to know what everyone would recommend when starting out? I already have foundation (Mayballine Fit Me, Light ivory) and some eyeliner, thats about it. I dont have any brushes or anything to even apply it aside from my hands.

Any help you could give would be amazing!

Hey guys, I need your help. Any makeup gurus out there willing to help out an inexperienced 33 year old who doesn't know jack shit about makeup and how to cover things like psoriasis? I'm having a bit of a breakout at the moment and don't know what to do. What products would you recommend? Any good YouTube videos I can watch? Any tips you can give me? I'm starting a YouTube channel

I've been watching the beautiful world of Jeffree Star and for the first time in my life I felt a calling to a career.

I want to work in makeup and entertainment. The only issue is where to start. I have been doing research and I think I can do well on YouTube.

I have a question for all of you. What do you want to see me do?

I want to make content focused on learning. I'm new to makeup, Wicca, cooking, and just adulting in general. I thought it would be neat to talk about what I'm learning on my journey and take y'all with me.

Okay, but, um, how do you put on makeup? And make it look good? I have worn more makeup in my hair than I ever have on my actual face (mascara= spiky hair tips btw). I just want to try some basic stuff like eyeliner and eye shadow, but do I need to do foundation? What about setting spray? Is that for eyes too? And what is that metal torture device that you use on your eyelashes?

I just have a lot of questions 😖
