Okay, perfect. You can just like put your hands on my hips or whatever. Hey look, no pressure. Just. Seemed like you weren’t sure where to put them. 

Yeah so I know internet videos talk a lot about foundation and concealer and bronzer and contouring but honestly, all of that’s just a matter of preference. We’re just gonna do something little to see how you feel about it!

We’re gonna do a little bit of eyeliner. Do you wanna do it?

Aw omg you’re so cute. No it’s okay I can do it, but you have to hold nice and still for me. I’m just gonna cup your jaw... like this…. Perfect just... stay right there.

When you’re getting into makeup it’s important to start just by trying different things you think you’ll like. You don’t need to dive headfirst and try to master everything. Just start with a couple things. You’ve been doing the nail polish for a while now, right, and you like that? So now we’re gonna try one of my favorite things: glitter.

Don’t be scared, now. I’ll protect you.

Anyways, we’ll get to that a little bit later. We're gonna do some mascara now. Try not to blink too much. It’ll get messed up, okay?

(Pause) You know, you have really pretty eyes

Omg are you blushing? You are so cute. (giggles) Cute cute cute! And getting cuter, blushing and squirming like that! Come on, how am I supposed to get you all dolled up? Stay still!

Okay. And then, final touches: glitter! Don’t look scared.

We’re just gonna put a little bit of this on your eyelids. It blends into this really nice shimmer– bring lots of light to your pretty eyes

And now for the lip gloss. This is like my favorite part! First we're gonna put on some chapstick... And just do (smacks lips) perfect, there you go. And then... I put a bit of the glitter gloss over it.

Cause it gives it a nice subtle… Gosh, your lips are so pretty.

Okay...There you go. Just perfect ^-^

makeup items i do “need” and/or am considering shopping for

one or two more of the inglot white flexi palettes. i would also like a small palette to hold the powder i have from them, but what i really would like is to get a darker shade of that powder so i can use both together, then a small palette that fits both (just two of the rectangular powders) but they don’t have that yet! (i’m describing MUFE style basically.)

mascara (this will be covered soon)

some new brow stuff, probably a drugstore wedge-shaped pencil and some glycerin soap

a pink liquid blush, probably the em cosmetics serum blush

mac fix+

a cream or liquid green color corrector

some new highlighters filling a hole i’m not totally sure of yet, but definitely including a mini of becca vanilla quartz

a fresh new blush brush

the green and yellow lime crime lip glosses if they go on sale

maybe a new colourpop supershock shimmery eyeshadow 

after i depot & reorganize everything, maybe some new neutral single shadows and a few special crazy single shadows
