me reading chapter 3.18 of Making Headlines when all of the sudden:
“It’s about Will,” Jack says, and Hannibal stops.
Turns his eyes to Jack. His hand waits in midair. “What about Will?”
To his credit, Jack does not lower his eyes. But his voice is tentative, hesitant. Reluctant. But clearly when he makes the decision, he decides to say it all at once. “He’s been arrested as an accessory to the murder of Annalise Gideon, Mason Verger, and five others, and for aiding and abetting the maneuverings of the Chesapeake Ripper.”
thank you to andrew hozier for the Making Headlines Playlist’s Greatest Hits, aka Unreal Unearth Tour
I heard some of you wanted to see the cover for Making Headlines 👀 well here ya be 😘
I’m also working on something.. and the only hints you’re gonna get is that it’s a part 2 to of the J’s.
I am only in the middle of @maydei's amazing Hannigram fic Making Headlines and I am so in love already. The romance and passion of the language, the soul stirring love between Hannibal and Will, the growing storm of secrets and murder ....
Anyway here they are in their gala finery, bless their turbulent little hearts.
Fact Check Friday #8
Welcome back to Fact Check Friday, where we give you bite-sized media literacy tips to help you build your disinformation-spotting muscles! Here’s tip #8, repeated in the text below if reading images is not your thing.
Read past the headline!
The only way to implement all the tips we’ve been giving you is if you read the content for yourself!
Headlines are used by all media sources, both credible and shady, as a direct line to your emotions. Due to the nature of a headline (short, attention-grabbing), you can never expect it to contain any sort of nuance that might be crucial to understanding the topic.
Even if the headline comes from a news source you trust, you should still click through and read the whole story critically.
Remember tip #3 and be sure to get the whole story before sharing, even if the headline makes you feel strong emotions.
Guys, I’m so happy to share with you the artwork commissioned by @maydei
It’s for their fic Making Headlines, which is a reimagining of canonverse earlier in the lives of surgeon!Hannibal and genderfluid! Will c:

happy (abysmally late) birthday @maydei!!! The part of Making Headlines that has always stuck out most in my head was the description of Will getting ready in the morning and the emotional effect it had on him, so I knew I wanted to come up with something related to that imagery. It’s simple but I hope you like it!!
