The Destroying Angel - Philip J. de Loutherbourg, 1792 [Engraving by W. Sharp for Plate 7 of Macklin’s Bible] “And that night the angel of the Lord went out and struck down 185,000 in the camp of the Assyrians. And when people arose early in the morning, behold, these were all dead bodies.” ~2 Kings 19:35

Hebrew grammar question - I recently came across the phrase "malakhei habbalah." I have only the most passing familiarity with Hebrew, but I'm under the understanding that malakh is singular, and malakhim is plural. Where does malahkei fit in?

Default reaction to ‘dealing with Vela’ tends to be “good lord how are you so stupid?”
Featuring: Malakh and Vela
This file is a bit more stream of conscious but I’m bad at writing! Here’s my thoughts about the Shedim, which is what Amir is.
Ruled by the Five Thieves: Lust, Rage, Greed, Attachment, and Conceit.
Opposite: truth, compassion, contentment, humility, love.
Oldest creations of gods. Primordial. Have ancient shared memories/dreams because of their sheer age.
Most weaponry and armor is purely for show. Shedim utilize magic for fighting. If magic is not available, they utilize weapons that would be deadly when dropped from high above - flechettes, arrows, even boiling pots of oil. For fights closer to the ground, they utilize spears, and possibly swords or other traditional human weapons if grounded. Blades and points on boots to slash ground opponents.
Wear stripes, because devil. Sigils and symbols corresponding to their respective Thief domain, possibly color? Scaled, draconian.
There are a few types of shedim, originals and second generation, mixed with the genes of other species, as well as malakh, which present themselves as “lawful good” as opposed to the typical chaotic neutral shedim. Their horns are fused at the top like halos.
