It's AAPI month😆😆 so i wanna throw in my two cents and just talk about THIS pic
it's SUCH a simple picture, but this picture means SO MUCH to me as an asian american🥺 why, u may ask? well we know this pic was taken when connor was visiting hudson in Vancouver, and we've had connor say that hudson has introduced him to new kinds of food, and this must be one of the dishes that hudson has introduced to connor🥺🥺
the dish shown here is called Malatang (麻辣燙), its a chinese dish where u throw in various kinds of protein and veggies and make it into a soup! (it's really good if y'all havent tried it🙂↕️)
anyway, this pic means so much to me bc it shows hudson introducing a new type of cuisine to connor, who probs never had this dish before, and connor, being the LOVELY human he is, is open minded to trying new things🥹🥹🥹 i just love love love when asian culture is shared🥺 it warms my heart so much❤️
i've always had the belief that if u stay open minded and learn more about ppl's cultures, it can eventually lead us to start respecting and loving one another🥺 (tho ik these days not many ppl wanna be open minded smh), but i always love it when ppl r willing to learn, which is why i always take it into my own hands to learn about other's cultures, it's simply fascinating to me and it gives me a much better understanding of the world🙂↕️
