How did Mal got a chainsaw as his arm? and how does he sleeps?

[He doesn't sleep very well, I can tell you that much for sure. The combination of brain damage and near-constant withdrawal from Bliss, a powerful narcotic, means that Mal doesn't sleep well -- ever.]

[As for how he got his chainsaw arm...Time for a massive dump of lore! It's a modified extension of his body, so it doesn't need all of the "traditional" parts to work! The saw can rev and cut exactly the same as a normal one~.]
