What do you know about Chilean wines?  Cabernet is King in Chile, but there are also wonderful aromatic white wines in the cooler, coastal areas.  There are many premium Chilean wineries but most people are probably more familiar with the cheap and cheerful wines that abound in liquor stores.  Chile produces some excellent top-tier wines.  One such producer is Vina Chocalán. Vina Chocalán is a family winery focused on producing high-quality wines of origin, from the best valleys of Chile.
