@mamava42 Pork Pozole might not be the best thing for 100+ degree days, but while we were in the 70 degree mountains it’s warmth on a cool evening after a shower made me start getting truly excited about the fall! This little gem will definitely be going in my fall lineup for easy and quick dinners! (And it’s already on the list for the cookbook!) ⛰🤩🍲🤤🌅🥵 As Mama Va explained, it’s a great way to use pork chops that would otherwise be extremely dry! With diced pork chops, hominy, @hatchchileco green chilies, onions, garlic, potatoes, chili powder & other herbs and spices, this is a hearty taste of New Mexico! 🤤😍🤩❤️🎉 Back down to reality and the flatlands... I’m happy to be back and recharged to do all the things I need to do, but man... mountain time fun with Mama Va and my chill-axed kitties is a wonderful kind of fun! As @mamava42 would say... alllllll the time... (I love you, you wise old sage! 😘😘😘) “We are here to learn.” 📚 📖 📚 📖 📚 I grew up hearing this and continue to hear it and it’s 100% true! I find myself constantly wanting to learn more about everything and now, ironically, I seem to be a teacher! 👩🏼‍🏫 Funny how life throws you curveballs especially when you have always said the one thing you’d never want to do is be a teacher, the hardest job on this planet... but I’m finding it’s quite rewarding, thanks to my awesome students! ❤️👩🏼‍🏫❤️👩🏼‍🏫❤️ On this same note, I’ve had lots of people interested in cooking classes so I decided I’d give it a go and just teach what I know! Citi Field Mamava Station

Mothers attending a Mets game at Citi Field with their infant(s) can now erase the worry about being in an uncomfortable space to take care of their breastfeeding or pumping needs. A Mamava Station was installed on the Empire Suite Level of Citi Field in mid-May and is the first such freestanding station in a New York sports venue. 

Gaining Access

Available to all mothers regardless of their seat location, a pass to the Mamava freestanding privacy station can be obtained from guest services personnel. 

Additional Features

The Mamava Station is equipped with air conditioning, a USB power outlet, and one fold-down table with two bench seats.
