Ani: A Parody is SO UNDERRATED!! you honestly don’t even notice that the actors aren’t singing because the band’s AWESOME VOICES and the actors SICK DANCE MOVES make up for it. and it’s a starkid show so it’s the perfect blend of funny and heartbreaking. please i need to talk to people about jar jar.

the first verse of “those voices.” the scene is such a dramatic tonal shift, is suddenly brings out a gut punch of a song with haunting vocals

draco’s verse in “going back to hogwarts” in starkid homecoming. the entire audience screaming WHATEVER I SAY!

the stripped instrumental opening of “climate change.” haunting vocals and choral work. it feels electrifying

also firebringer the beautiful sax in this is the dawn/the dawn of our time bit of the starkid homecoming firebringer medley. brings a tear to my eye

why does it hurt to love you in “not your seed.” you’re almost screaming no because you know it breaks Bill’s heart

the slowed tempo of we’re finally ready/the time is right for us to light a spark from “ready to go” in mamd. I can’t help but smile :)
