Do you ever think about how when older men look at Jon they see a surrogate son who they can shape into a great leader, but when they look at Dany they see a sex object who can be their fantasy girlfriend

The King Who Never Was The King Beyond the Wall The Bastard
I made this post a while back about the connection these three have and finally got around to illustrating it thanks to Jon Week 2026
as suggested by oomfie @jan-jan-binks:
I know we all think margaery isn't long for this world but I personally believe she has a little more time to engage in her favourite hobby (marrying kings) before she explodes 🙂↕️ the question is who?
we all know it doesn't take much to be a king in westeros you basically just need to say that you are one and people will go with it even if they don't like you very much (see: stannis) so her options are pretty varied!
with that I've complied a list of characters who are either currently calling themselves king of something or have a claim to one throne or another (no matter how flimsy) so we can all decide together who should be margaery's next conquest after poor tommen perishes from being cersei's child disease 😔
I don't want you to choose which of these characters you ship margaery with I want you to choose which character she should marry to maximise her tyrell messy slay and give her one more chaotic queen consort storyline before she explodes in a million pieces or whatever greg has planned for her. love doesn't matter her previous husbands were gay evil and 8 just give my girl a crown and she'll be happy 😌
(also I'm not including possible queens because sansa would sweep and it's not as fun when these polls have a clear winner from conception)
give margaery tyrell 1 more fail king husband 🤴

Any guesses on what happens to Mance Rayder?
With the infiltration mission, Theon's escape, and various bullshit that seems likely to go down in Winterfell early in TWoW? I think Mance will be hard pressed to survive up to the end conflict in ADoS.
After faking his death and taking such a ludicrously dangerous mission, I struggle to see a role for Mance in the story going forward. His death or survival would make a difference to the setting, but less so for the plot. It would have an impact on Jon Snow, but Jon Snow is also going to have a few more things to worry about than whether he got Mance killed.
back at it again. wildling edition
