Fu liberato dopo una lunga battaglia e 27 anni di carcere sotto l’apartheid, presente nella lista della CIA e dei servizi segreti occidentali e israeliani come uno dei terroristi più pericolosi al mondo... questa era la giustificazione per mantenerlo in carcere. The amazing team at Ladles of Love, a non profit/volunteer soup kitchen for the homeless, has managed to break the World Record for most sandwiches made in an hour. Ladles of Love made the call for people in Cape Town to join the cause, order their free sandwich making kit and help break the World Record for most sandwiches made in an hour on Mandela Day. The Guinness World Record for most sandwiches made in an hour stood at around 57,000, the people of Cape Town and Ladles of Love managed to make 304 583 sandwiches in just one hour, a new Word Record! While setting a new World Record is one thing, the most important part about the attempt is that hundreds of thousands of hungry people in need were able to eat delicious sandwiches on Mandela Day.
