While Jilian worked on her Witching and Magic skills, Destiny and Harmony were further adjusting to their lives as children of witches. 

Wanda could feel the energy of her daughters in Riverblossom Hills--and focused her efforts on being as present as she could for Jamison, while waiting for the sign that would bring them together again.

After successfully raising Destiny and Harmony to children, Jilian and Frances decided to take the next steps in their lives and in their relationship!

Jilian proposed to Frances, and the two quickly got married in a quiet private wedding ceremony. Shortly after officially becoming wives, Jilan asked Frances to fulfill one last promise to her--to make her a witch! 

Frances agreed, and Jilian found herself embarking on the path to Dark Magicke and Witchery--hoping to lead her two young charges in her footsteps!

The days turned into years and Harmony and Melody Tinker found their memories of their loving birth family fading, and gradual acceptance of their two new parental figures- Jilian and Frances. 

The twins reached no especial milestones in their toddlerhood years, as fraught as it was with change and discomfort, but grew up well enough. Jilan and Frances were ready to make their relationship and their raising of the girls’ official!

Though she had coveted Wanda Tinker’s life, Jilian Mandell was not a natural mother. She spent much of her time trying to keep up appearances in the neighborhood, while her live-in girlfriend, Frances attempted to take care of two toddlers at once. Frances entertained strong hopes of raising Destiny and Harmony in the arts of Dark Witchery and was trying her best to balance raising them, while having no practical child-rearing talents. 

Destiny and Harmony missed their birth family, but slowly the memory began to fade from their minds, as their days fell into a routine.

Jilian and Frances quickly moved their relationship along, and Jilian asked Frances to move in with her, and to help her to raise their new twin daughters, Destiny and Harmony Tinker.

Frances agreed, and she and her cat familiar moved into the small apartment. 

Jilian explained to the twins that she and Frances were the twins’ new parents, and that they were a new family, complete with two new cats for the girls to play with. Destiny and Harmony didn’t understand what happened to their old family--Stephen, Wanda, Jamison, and Melody, but they understood that they weren’t able to see them anymore. 

For the moment, the novelty of being able to play with animals took away the sting of missing their old family, but they secretly hoped that they would be able to find them again someday.

The next morning, Destiny and Harmony Tinker did not wake up in their nursery in the Tinker household. The twin toddlers of Wanda and Stephen Tinker found themselves in a new nursery, in an apartment in Riverblossom Hills. They had no idea how close they still remained to their parents, but only knew that they had somehow been transported into a pretty room with many toys to play with. 

Jilian had finally achieved her lifetime goal: motherhood. She knew as soon as she saw Destiny and Harmony, that the two little girls were meant for her to raise and cherish. She looked forward to teaching them all she knew. 

While the twins became acclimated to their new surroundings, Jilian made good on her promise to Frances Harris, inviting her over to her apartment. Jilian felt that Frances may be the missing piece and last addition to her life--so that she may be as happy as her best friend, Wanda Tinker.

The day after attending the Tinker twins’ birthday party, Jilian Mandell moved into a new apartment in Riverblossom Hills. She was still working an entry level position in the medical career, but she knew that she had already found the purpose of her life. 

After making sure that the apartment was clean and tidy (and ready for a cat), she went Downtown, with the intention of meeting someone who could help her to achieve her desires. 

Jilian scoured the various darkened clubs of downtown Riverblossom Hills until she finally met who she had been looking for: Frances Harris, the Atrociously Evil Witch. Jilian knew that she would need power for her next move, especially if she hoped to avoid detection. 

Frances agreed to help Jilian with the caveat that Jilian now owed Frances a date. Agreeing to this, Jilian then invited Wanda Tinker downtown for a ‘girls night out’ (Stephen and Jamison being otherwise occupied at home). 

While Wanda was out, Jilian took an opportunity to steal back into the Tinker household. She stood in the twins’ nursery, knowing that this was her last opportunity to back down from this next move--but she also knew that what had been set in motion could not be stopped.
