okay but, has anyone else been able to make their own mental movie to the danger days album???

like whatever is going on in-universe for the fabulous four, there's these other killjoys simultaneously going through the times and it lines up with the album albeit differently. it's just such an easy album to do that with i think.

i had started a fanfic called "The Killjoy Vignettes" [part one and part two if you're interested] for that reason. the vignette being the album itself, though i never got too far in writing it.

so then i tried making story boards. but my short attention span didn't get too far in that pursuit either xD

i'm not a professional sorty-border, so this most likely looks like total gibberish. basically, character's on a rooftop in Battery City, stepping towards the edge as exterminators are trying to get up to her. she's flashing back to earlier run-ins when she was with a comrade. as the exterminators reach the roof, she calmly stretches her arms and free-falls. (another character has impeccable timing and jumps from one building to another on a lower level, catching her in the process. They smash through a window) and they fight their way out from there.

one day i will get up the energy to animate this shit, i swears.

She has extreme social anxiety, so she is constantly on the move through the zones, avoiding dracs and other killjoys alike. Eventually she encounters the TDT Gang, and soon she realizes that she's going to have to give up the lone wolf act if she wants to survive.
