This is my version of Escabeche, making it FISH X TOKWA ESCABECHE -Place cut 1kg Tilapia or Cream Dory fillet and add 4tbsp fish sauce, 1tsp black pepper, 1tsp italian seasoning, 1tsp chili flakes, 4 tbsp flour 2 tbsp cornstarch, 1/2 cup cold water and mix together like a batter -Cut 4-5 tokwa into cube and place in 1pc eggs and mix together like a batter -Fry the creamy dory batter until golden brown then fry the tokwa batter after -In a separate pan, sauté 1pc carrot strips and 1pc strips of green and red bell peppers, 1pc onion sliced and 6 cloves minced garlic in 50g #Lurpak butter -Add 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 2 tsp brown sugar, 1 pack 90g #MamaSita oyster sauce, 1cup #MangTomas all-around-sarsa, 1 cup water -Adjust salt and pepper to taste the.
