The perfect recipe for fresh tender young meat with nice marbling. I bought a whole 20-year-old college drop-out and tried this delicious recipe on him. Gladly he was already shaved, washed and prepared beforehand, so I didn't have to do much. He was a bit difficult to handle, but I my friends were there to help me with the process. Saved his handsome head and legs for next week's cookout.

His roasted torso looked even better than the one in this book. My friends were impressed with my choice of meat, and even more impressed with how this recipe turned out. It does take long though, so keep that in mind if you wanna try it out.

Whole team on sale

Jake is such a cool guy and always has to offer some of the best meat out there. Every month he sets up his stall at the market and makes every passer-by drool over the quality cuts he puts on display. Usually he sells footballers' or college men's meat. He does the selection of the meat himself, almost exclusively out of free men. He isn't a big fan of man farms. During the week he spends hours going around football matches in town, and striking deals with teams and coaches. This business tactic also helps local sports teams get sufficient funding in order to thrive and afford better players in the future.

Recipe book

I bought this fantastic recipe book recently when I last visited my hometown. The chef/author is one of the best known in the country and chooses only the best specimens for the presentation of his recipes in his books. While I was looking for recipes for torsos, I came across this page here. It was such a surprise to see this old classmate of mine being one of the stars of this recipe book. I would never have imagined that he would end up like this. His whole body was utilised for different recipes in this book, but here you can only see the "Stuffed Spit-Roasted Torso" recipe. In the "chef's notes" it is stated that he was purchased directly from his parents and his whole family enjoyed every bit of him after he was prepared and cooked by him and his team. They gave the stuffed torso a 5/5, and I can see why.
