Spending Time with Their S/O
BLACKPINK Word Count: 4.4k Genre: Fluff
A/N: I wrote this one well over a year ago so it might not be as polished as the new stuff I come up with but I hope ya'll will like it.
Jisoo
Jisoo was an utter goddess, no matter the situation she looked absolutely beautiful and she would take your breath away. The media and her fans seem to think the same, but to Jisoo she was just another normal girl—aside from her idol lifestyle, of course.
Whenever you were with her, however, you did your best to put her lifestyle behind her. Idol Jisoo was different from girlfriend Jisoo, although they were the exact same lovable person.
On her days off, Jisoo would sleep in until noon, not wanting to be bothered from her heavy slumber, so you never woke her up early. But today was different, even you were surprised when she woke up earlier than you. You were greeted by an empty bed and the smell of something delicious filling the air. So after you got bathed and dressed, you went downstairs to your kitchen where you saw Jisoo cooking for you.
"Jisoo, honey?" You asked, your voice still a little hoarse. Her head whipped to your direction and she greeted you with a smile on her heart-shaped lips. "Good morning, Y/N! Have a seat, breakfast is almost ready."
You sat down on one of the seats near the kitchen as you constantly looked at Jisoo, admiring her flawless beauty as her hair was tied up in a loose ponytail. A pink apron was tied to her slim waist and small beads of sweat fell from her forehead as she lovingly cooked for you. She noticed how you were staring at her and she couldn't help but become shy. "Hey! Honey, quit staring at me."
With your chin in the palm of your hand, and your elbow rested on the counter, you cocked your head to the side and smiled. "I'm sorry. You just look beautiful, as always."
She giggled adorably and hid her face behind her hands. "Y/N, don't be silly! I look exhausted."
You didn't say anything after that, you just adored her. She finished up cooking and she sat next to you. Both of you had breakfast together, you talked to her about random things, trying your best not to ask about their comeback because she always told you to keep her job out of her days off. You just joked around and laughed together, while she asked about how your school life was.
"Honey, how’s school going? You were already asleep last night when I arrived. It seemed like you were really exhausted." Jisoo asked quizzically while she focused on your eyes, clearly showing interest in whatever it was you were going to say. You looked up at her and scratched your nape. "I had fallen asleep while listening to one of our lessons, but I'll finish it up later though. Everything's been doing fine, but I'm having a bit of a harder time since finals are coming up."
"Is there anything I can help you with?" She asked, her hand on yours while it rested on the table. You shook your head and kissed her hand. "No, no. I can handle it. It's your day off. Let's hang out for now, okay, honey?"
She nodded and looked at you while you were eating. Jisoo was never good with her words whenever she was with you, but she always appreciated how good you were at handling your situation. She was a famous idol, and you were chill about it.
You adapted so well with her 4D personality, her corny jokes and weird antics that would annoy most people kept you smiling and laughing. And you loved her for it, you loved how carefree she was and how, despite being a functioning adult, she still had that kid-like spirit.
After you and Jisoo had breakfast, you both sat on the couch and started playing video games. This is how Jisoo would usually spend her days off, playing with you was one of her favorite pastimes, and it helped distract her from the busy life she had. As you two were playing, you would often distract each other so that either of you could get the upper hand.
"Jisoo, stop cheating!" You shouted as Jisoo elbowed your side and that made you flinch and lose control over your character in the game. Jisoo laughed at you as she tried to tickle you. "Come on, Y/N! You keep winning at this game, let me win at least once!"
Jisoo did her best to beat you, and her efforts seemed to be successful since she was able to get a higher score than you in the game you were playing. You crossed your arms and pouted as your girlfriend was celebrating loudly beside you. "Hey, no fair! You cheated!"
Your girlfriend jokingly teased you, but when she saw that you weren't letting up on the game, she immediately wrapped her arms around you and leaned her head on your shoulder. She poked your cheek gently and tried to make you look at her. "Hey, honey? I'm sorry. Are you upset with me?"
She looked at you with her doe eyes, and you couldn't help but smile at her as you entangled her in your arms. "Of course not, honey. It's just a game, I wouldn't get upset with you just for that."
You snuggled up against Jisoo's chest as you both sat there in utter bliss. She picked up the controller again and she was handing the other one to you. "Wanna play again?"
"No, I think I've played enough for today. I'll cheer you on though." You replied as you positioned your head on Jisoo's lap, her dominant hand was on the controller and her non-dominant hand was on your hair, playfully brushing it.
You felt like you were floating as Jisoo just tended to your hair, knowing exactly where to scratch your scalp to help you relax and ease your mind off of whatever was running through it. You were in utter bliss, your eyes closed as your mind started to drift off while Jisoo was all riled up from the game she was playing, she was going through one of the harder levels that neither of you had been able to pass. This was mostly your dynamic, so you didn't mind how noisy Jisoo got. You were used to her jumping up and down whenever she got excited or annoyed.
You weren't asleep, however, you just liked to listen to Jisoo's voice as she switched between cursing in Korean or English. It was funny to you, how your girlfriend always kept her image squeaky clean in front of the cameras, but when she was with you, she was just a normal human. Unafraid to make mistakes and spew out profanities from her angelic lips.
Jisoo got especially riled up because she had spurted out "씨발 ", which caused you to open your eyes and sit up while looking at her. You rubbed her back and your eyes widened. Jisoo did cuss, but she wouldn't usually go to that extent.
"Hey, honey. I think you should take a break, you're getting too riled up." You said in a calm voice, but your girlfriend didn't listen to you. She had her eyebrows knitted together, focused on the screen in front of her, and you knew better than to disturb her.
So, being the supportive partner you are, you sat there beside her while resting your chin on her shoulder and your arms wrapped around her. Eagerly watching her as she powered through the game, every now and then you would compliment her for how well she was doing, making sure that your voice wasn't loud enough to disturb her.
You were on the edge of your seat, just one more obstacle and Jisoo was finally able to get through one of the hardest levels of the game. You clutched her arms as you two stared at the screen intensely. With a few more commands on her controller, Jisoo was finally able to beat the boss of the level. Both of you jumped up and down excitedly on the seat, then you pulled her into an intense hug.
"Jisoo! Oh my gosh! You did so well. I'm so proud of you, honey!" You squealed, your voice genuinely excited as both of you fell back on the couch. Jisoo was now resting on your chest as both of you laughed. The laughter emanating from your lips stopped abruptly as you felt her hand rest on your cheek.
"What can I say, Y/N? You're my lucky charm..."
Jennie
Princess was the perfect word to describe Jennie. She had lived a lavish life, filled with endless riches and a plethora of fancy objects you couldn't fully wrap your head around.
And yet, Jennie chose you. A simple person who was still in college, working your ass off to graduate and become a professional artist.
You were spoiled, but not by your parents or your relatives, but by your girlfriend. With the life Jennie had been used to, she would pamper you with her wealth. It intimidated you, and it made you feel like you didn't deserve her. But Jennie always said that she just wanted the best for you, nothing but the best for the person she loved.
That's how it usually would go. Whether it was your casual dates or anniversaries, you'd go off to fancy restaurants or high-end bars, while doing your best to avoid the glare of several flashing cameras.
And that's where you are now, in a private room of one of the most expensive restaurants in Korea. You had the best view in the entire world, overlooking the city lights as the sun started to slowly set. You and Jennie ate together quietly, maybe a little too quiet since she was starting to grow weary of your silence.
You had your head down while you were chewing on some expensive meat that was more delicate and soft than anything you have ever tasted. You looked up when you felt Jennie's hand hold yours, her eyes looked worried as she had a forced smile plastered on her lips.
"Are you okay, princess? You seem awfully quiet. Is there something wrong with your food?" She sounded frantic but forced herself to be calm as her thumb stroked your hand. You sat up properly and wiped your mouth with the napkin on your lap. "Oh, uh. What? Oh, no. No, no. Everything's fine. It's all lovely, honestly."
Jennie looked at you with an all too familiar look, she knew you were hiding something, and it saddened her that you weren't being honest. "Really, Y/N? You don't seem to be enjoying our date. Do we need to talk? Are you no longer happy with me?"
You immediately held her hand when those words escaped her lips, the sudden movement frightened her at first, but it also reassured her knowing that you were bothered about the thought of being unhappy with her. "Jennie, no. It's absolutely not that. Of course I'm happy with you. You make me the happiest person on earth. And I'm so so lucky to have you."
Jennie always appreciated your honesty, the tone in your voice proved that you were sincere, but she also knew that you were apprehensive about something. "But?"
She waited for your reply, but you weren't sure how to say it. You didn't want to come off as unappreciative about all the pampering she had given you.
Jennie noticed how long you were taking to answer, so she pulled your hand close and kissed your pinkish knuckles as a sign of reassurance. "You know you can tell me anything, right? We've been together for so long now. What's the matter?"
"It's just that..." you sighed deeply. "It's not that I don't appreciate all of this. This pampered life that you live and that you share with me. But sometimes, it can be a little bit too much for me to handle. Sometimes, I can't wrap my head around all the flashing cameras, or the massive hordes of people that follow you and me when we walk around. I appreciate everything you've done for me and I will support your lifestyle no matter what. But I guess, I just want a simple and intimate date with my girlfriend from time to time, you know?"
You were scared of what Jennie was going to say or what she thought at that moment, but to your surprise, Jennie's eyes were filled with adoration as her head cocked slightly to the side while she was admiring you. She smiled and cupped your cheek. "You know I just want to give you the best, right, love?"
"Of course I do. And you've always given me the best, Jen. You already are the best for me. We could be in our pajamas and go to a convenience store at night and it would be the best date for me. I just want you to know that you don't have to give me the most expensive things in life. Being with you? Having your hands in mine? That's already more than enough." Your words were raw, and that made Jennie's heart flutter. It was your capability to speak out your mind that truly captured Jennie's heart. Yes, you were shy and a bit uncertain about the things you would say, but when you spoke up, it would simply sweep her off her feet.
She pulled you close, closing the gap between the both of you for a quick second, mindful of the people who could be watching you since you two weren't public yet. "Finish up eating. Let's go to an art museum."
Your face immediately lit up and Jennie couldn't help but giggle at your reaction. Both of you finished up eating, and once you were both done, you exited the restaurant after paying and went into her car. She drove to the nearest art museum and she saw how excited you were as you tried to hide your giddiness, but the way you bounced excitedly in the car did little to hide it.
When you arrived at one of your favorite museums, you nearly pulled Jennie out of the car and into the establishment. Once you were inside, your eyes gleamed beautifully as you meticulously observed every single artwork you saw.
As you were reading off a description from an artwork that caught your eye, Jennie secretly took photos of you with her camera. She adored how much passion you had for the thing you loved most. She had taken pictures of you in every opportunity she could, and with each shot she took, she fell deeper in love with you.
There was no denying how much of a vivid soul you were. The smile that spread across your lips as you pointed at each artwork proved that much. Jennie was more than content with you. She was willing to put the lavish life behind her knowing that she would be living a simple life with you.
And as she stood by your side, her arm wrapped lovingly around your waist, she stared at you with her beautiful cat eyes while you looked at a diorama, and she felt her heart skip a beat. Your smile was enough to make her breath hitch, and your laugh was utter music to her ears.
"What do you think, Jen?" You asked, and she immediately snapped out of her trance that you unknowingly put her in. All she did was smile at you, and the sparkle in her eyes showed how much she truly loved you.
"I think you're absolutely beautiful, Y/N..."
Rosé
The relationship you and Rosé shared was very intimate, although you had a hard time sharing your thoughts and emotions because you were never used to it, Rosé would be there to listen no matter how long it took for you to choke out whatever was bothering you. And you were Rosé's escape from all her idol problems, she would vent out all her frustrations to you and you would listen attentively, never taking your eyes off of her as she would often cry into your shoulder.
Her breaks were spent with you or her family, especially with her sister Alice considering how close they were. But when none of her family members were around, Rosé would be more than content if she just spent time with you. Both of you were artists, so more often than not, you two would draw each other, comparing your art styles with one another and fondly collecting drawings in the sketchbooks you gifted each other. Or she would sing to you, and you'd try to tune in but stop almost immediately. You weren't a good singer, but she still loved listening to you and she appreciated it when you tried to indulge in the things she loves.
And as you lay down in your shared bed, her angelic voice was what greeted you along with the beautiful sound of her guitar. Your eyes opened, and there you saw the figure of your girlfriend, back turned to you as she rehearsed her solo song. You slowly got up, crawling your way to her, and immediately pouncing on her. Your arms entangled her shoulders and she laughed as she pecked your lips.
"What did we say about doing work on days off?" You reminded, still half asleep as your eyes weren't fully adjusted to the sunlight shining through your window.
"Sorry, my love. I'm just a bit anxious about the song." She replied as she looked directly into your orbs, another sign of your intimacy. You smiled lovingly at her. "Rosie, your song is amazing. Just like you."
Her cheeks flushed slightly at your compliment. She put down her guitar and straddled you in her lap. Her lips trailed kiss on your jaw, you laughed at this gesture as her finger traced objects into your back.
"Hm? Is it a pencil? A pen?" Rosé nodded at your first answer, and you immediately knew what she wanted to do. You got up and went to your table, took out your sketchbooks, some pencils, and two erasers. You sat in front of her and handed her the other materials.
The two of you started to sketch one another, taking small glimpses of each other while acting goofy and making funny faces. Much of your days were spent like this, the silence between you two was comfortable and the things between you didn't need much explanation. You and Rosé just clicked, with one look at each other you two instantly connected.
And you loved it. All your life, all you wished was to find someone who truly understood you, and here she was sitting in front of you. Taking part in one of your favorite activities. These blissful days with Rosé were what took up the most space in your heart.
"Love, are you okay? You've been staring at me unmoving for a while now." Rosé's touch met your cheek and you eased into her palm. You smiled at her and nodded your head. "Uh, yeah. Yeah I'm fine. I'm just... thinking about you."
"Hm? Really, why?" Your girlfriend asked, her head cocked to the side as she stared at you quizzically. You set aside your drawing materials and you wrapped your arms around her as you sat on her lap.
You snuggle up against the crook of her neck and close your eyes. "I love you, Rosie."
Your actions caught Rosé off guard, you were rarely the one to initiate any cuddly antics, so it was new to her that you're acting like this. But she didn't mind, in fact she loved it when you were being all cuddly and warm. It reassured her that you truly loved her. Nevertheless, she hugged you tight and trailed kisses on your skin. "I love you too, Y/N."
As Rosé cradled you in her lap, she flipped through your sketchbooks and gave compliments and suggestions about all your drawings. Most things in your sketchbook were about random things, or often times it was just filled with her face. "You're an amazing artist, Y/N. I love all your sketches."
"Aww, thanks, Rosie." You gushed. You two sat there in that position for quite a while, exchanging compliments and endearments. After scanning through your drawings, Rosé held your cheek and looked
at you. "Wanna take a bath with me?"
A smile spread across your face and you nodded eagerly. Your girlfriend told you to stay in your room to get ready while she prepared the bubble bath. As she left, you stripped your clothing and wore a bathrobe. Minutes later, Rosé came back and both of you entered your shared bathroom.
The two of you got into the bathtub, giddy laughter filling the air as both of you played with each other, splashing around water and scrubbing each other's backs.
Nearly twenty minutes of playing around later, you were in Rosé's lap while both of you still enjoyed the bath. You rested against her chest as she played with your tiny fingers, something she truly adored about you. You looked up at her, her eyes gleaming with adoration. Placing your hand on her cheek, you pull her towards you and close the gap between you two.
Once you pulled away from the loving kiss you shared, Rosé hugged you tightly and her lips planted on the crown of your head.
"I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you, Y/N..."
Lisa
Your relationship with Lisa has always been filled with competitions, whether it was based on who could eat the most food the fastest or who could sleep the latest. The both of you were obsessed with competing with each other, but of course neither of you took it too far. You both did it just for fun.
Whenever Lisa was busy with work, you would always miss her or how she would annoy you with her silly little games. You loved her a lot, and you would always support her no matter what, but you can't help but feel lonely whenever she got too busy. She never intended for you to feel that way, of course, and she would always make it up to you when she finally had her free time.
She was an idol, after all. She worked so hard for her dream that you didn't want to be the reason for her to give up on something she had worked all her life for. Your time together would be limited to small talks on the phone or short conversations through text, and although it made you sad, Lisa never forgot to check in on you. She would often come home late, or not at all, but the flowers or food you awoke to in the morning would often make up for the lonely nights.
On the rare days that she would get a day off, Lisa would spend the entire day with you. Whether it be staying home with you, cuddling and having fun while being close with each other, or out somewhere private so you two would be intimate. And knowing that Lisa had such a busy schedule, you never took a single second for granted. You enjoyed all of it. You cherished it.
So after almost 3 months of busy work and limited time hanging out with you, Lisa finally took you out on a date once again, but it wasn't somewhere you expected.
"Babe, where are we going?" You asked as Lisa held your hand while she was driving to somewhere you hadn't recognized. She glanced over to you and smiled. "It's a surprise. Just wait and see!"
The excitement was evident in Lisa's eyes as she hurriedly drove you to where she wanted to take you. So you sat there in quiet excitement as she took you to an arcade. You already reached the place and as she eagerly pulled you inside of it.
"An arcade?" Your voice sounded skeptical, but Lisa looked at you with the brightest eyes and her smile showed how excited she really was. "Come on! Trust me!"
"Alright, alright." You laughed and followed her. She took you to a part of the arcade that had a fair amount of people, it was the Laser tag part and you couldn't help but get giddy. She stopped right in front of the store and opened her arms. "Surprise! Come on, let's go in!"
The both of you got prepped and were separated into two teams along with the other people that were there. You were on the blue team, and Lisa was on the red team. You tagged along with some of your teammates who were having fun like you were. You hid behind some of the obstacles while you tried looking for Lisa.
Of course this too was a competition, and you weren't about to lose to her.
You and your teammates split up since a lot of people were starting to lose, but you saw no sign of Lisa, nor had you heard even a peep from her. Which was weird because you thought that she would be the noisiest amongst the players.
Footsteps came from behind you, and as you were about to turn around someone pulled you aside into the very corner of the room and slammed you against the wall. Your cheeks turned red when you saw the familiar face of your girlfriend. She had a smirk on her lips as she trapped you in her arms.
"Lisa?" You asked, sounding stupid. "What are you d..." she cut you off by crashing her lips onto yours.
As her lips moved against yours, you instinctively closed your eyes and you wrapped your arms around her neck, pulling her closer to you. You let go of your laser gun and it hit the padded ground with a soft thud. Air was slowly running out between the both of you, Lisa pulled away as you chased after her lips, not wanting to part from the passionate kiss you two shared.
She looked at you in the eyes and smirked. You were about to say something when she suddenly shot you in the chest with her laser gun and the smirk on her lips grew even wider. When you realized what just happened, you were fuming as Lisa cockily walked away from you.
"Guess I win this time, Y/N..."
