IMO, any time you watch Infinity War, you can divide everyone into two categories 1) Those who acted sensibly to stop Thanos and 2) Those who did not.

Love Captain America and all, but even I rolled my eyes at his attitude towards Vision’s point that he absolutely should sacrifice himself to save half the universe.

‘What’s one life for billions?’

‘It’s too high a price to pay!’ 

Honestly, bro. It’s not. It’s actually quite a small price to pay to ensure the safety of billions of lives. 

Like, every single non-evil person in the world would happily meet death if those were the stakes.

Mantis is one of the coolest MCU characters because she *did* stop Thanos. Temporarily.

But, wait, isn’t that still more damage than anyone in the MCU had done to him so far?!

Any time I watch Infinity War, I do find myself strangely shipping Spiderman and Mantis.

I maintain: you look at Peter in Infinity War, he does keep glancing at her and seems intrigued.

The bug DNA got to him more than he realized.
