One correction, or maybe a question: I believe Paul is officially still the CEO and Director of Mantra according to business filings. So while other people are running it actively, I think he gets a cut of the take for starting it under his umbrella. At least that was my understanding of how the thing works. When I looked a while ago, I didn't see Jared's name on recent paperwork. He might get paid as a brand ambassador and/or called "founder" for name value, but that's not ownership anymore.
Jared was never part of the ownership of Mantra. He was an investor and, like you mentioned, brand ambassador, but from what I've learned from others, Jared was bought out early because Mantra was doing better than expected so he's no longer working with them. As for Paul, I haven't paid attention to what his role was or is, so if that's what you're seeing on current paperwork, I guess he's still with them.
