“Maple! slow down at least a little!” A Scorbunny pleaded as she quickly trailed after her ghostly friend. The Spirat was almost running.

“It is an ancient spell used by mages, which invokes a spirit who will guide their user to their destination. The spirit’s form can vary, for unknown reasons, and some even say there is a spirit who will lead you to wherever you dream to be! But none of that is certain nor has anyone ever witnessed one, or at least came back alive to tell so, who knows!”

All of a sudden, she’s shouting. “I’m a shame to my colony!” She cries. “They cast me out, I begged to be forgiven and they refused! I begged and begged, that they let me do something, anything to earn my place there again, and….and….a-and this was the first thing that came up! I’m stuck doing this, if I try and back out it’ll just prove to Queen Ladellia that I don’t deserve to come back! Th-that I’m a spineless weakling with no sense of responsibility!”
She’s shaking with emotion. She takes deep, shuddering breathes, looking up at her company with shameful eyes. “….a-are you happy now?” She covers her eyes again. “D-don’t look at me.”

Maple let out a small sigh as she wrapped her tail around the Snom. “Now Slushy, did you really have to tackle me? you could’ve just called for me.”
“I got you!!” Slushy giggled in response. “Besides, you promised too take me to eat-!”
Slushy nuzzled closer to the Spirat in an attempt to hide, but Maple gave them a smile.
“You definitely look amazing yourself, friend! As for a pact..” Maple looked up to try to find the words. “Less of a pact, and more of a bond? I was the first mon to meet him and his mother before they moved here a year ago!”
Slushy suddenly perked up. “Yeah! Big sis saved my life!”
Maple gently bonked his head with her tail. “That’s an over exaggeration..”

Catch me crying my eyes out today due to a surprise.
I had no idea the were planning this, but look!
they gave me a plushie of my pokemon! seeing it like this, I almost had a heart attack!
Maple lazily stretched and yawned. “Since I don’t have anything to do, might as well go relax! maybe go see how the cafe’s doing.” The spirat mumbled to herself, unaware of something watching in the bushes.
Maple’s ear perked at the rustling and turned her head, but it was too late. a blur of white rushed out of the bush, crashing into her side with an oof, the white pokemon sat on her, eyes widen in excitement.
“BIG SIS! I FOUND YOU!!!”

Maple actually has two dreams! One being to stay in her village surrounded by family, while the other one is to find out more of her kind since no one really has any answers to where or what they are.
