When you grill these maple-mustard chicken wings, they get sweet, sour, and taste great. When you mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and garlic together, you get a tasty glaze that turns into a beautiful caramel on the grill.
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken wings. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tbsp soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Put maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Mix them together. Add salt and pepper to chicken wings. Apply the maple-mustard mix to both sides of the chicken wings with a brush. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Put chicken wings on the grill and cook them for 15 to 20 minutes, turning them over every so often, until they are fully cooked and caramelized. Place the grilled wings on a serving platter. If you want, you can add chopped fresh parsley on top and serve them hot.
