out of pure curiosity, when you make pin designs, is there anything you have to think first about? like colors or spacing? or like, specific things that tend to make b-grades? (sorry if this is odd but the production is interesting to me :0)

There’s sooo much to think about, but I have ONE huge pet peeve. Screenprinting. In pins, colors should never touch each other. Everything should exist within limits of plating, but screenprinting aims to get around that by printing on top of the enamel. 

If the alignment of your screenprinted details is CRITICAL to the design, then you shouldn’t be screenprinting. You will have 80% B grades. This is why I do not screen print.

I own misaligned pins, some pins don’t have it so noticeably, but getting a cross-eyed pin is legitimately the worst...

🔥 nearly all times the legacy hero is better than the original. barry allen should’ve been retired into a mentor type role bc wally west is clearly superior...carol can’t sell nearly half as well as kamala can so idk why she keeps getting books like...yeah. amadeus cho deserves an ongoing again & so does sam alexander.
