Margaret “Margo” Sinclair (Stranger Things)
The Sinclairs believed Margo had died after birth; and damn near had a heart attack when a girl appeared on their doorstep, eighteen years later, claiming to be their daughter. A blood test confirmed it: she was Margo, and she was alive, and she was home.
Margo struggled to answer the questions: Where were you? Where have you been? Were you taken? Who took you? How are you alive? How did you get here? How long have you had that tattoo?
On reflex, she would tug down the sleeves of her shirt, covering the “006” inked there permanently; a reminder of a time she would prefer to be forgotten.
No one knew why she was back, or why she took such a deep interest in El. But they accepted her into their lives and she seamlessly fit in, despite the mystery shrouding her.
Stranger things had happened in Hawkins, after all…
