jumping on the jason todd is a nerd train; little jason panicking while writing a history report because every. single. source. is contradictory to each other. he had to delve into the source material in greek ( where he had to ask bruce to call wonder woman bc she is greek right and she fought for alexander the great right. she knows his conquests right. bruce i know you're smart, but wonder woman knows more about this okay. call her. ) and submitted a report in four languages.

4. How many fic ideas are you nurturing right now? Care to share one of them?

Let me consult my list...20...>.> and i’m sure I’m missing some, I need to organize my list again.

Okay so we have; third fic in gang series, toy wars, mumblespoilersmumble, jason’s public resurrection story, Happy AU series, Video Game Designer Jason, that spoilers fic for @margoshkas, coin flip loss fic for @lanternwisp, wing fic for @lanternwisp, something spoilers the riddler, that Circus Case fic, Jason and Bruce fic for @lanternwisp, Diana and Donna fic because I was inspired by the WW movie, The JayKyle Young Justice AU (aka the only ship fic I’m ever writing why is it so hard someone literally should sit next to me and dictate the plot), and a bunch of miscellaneous stuff that has yet to reach pondering levels. 

I will get around to all of them i swear.

18. Do you use any tools, like worksheets or outlines?

Scrivener, Aeon Timeline and Google Docs covers everything I need. I only timeline huge things with lots of plot and characters like Retrograde, and Scrivener has enough built in tools for everything else. 

25. What do you look for in a beta?

My style is clean enough that I don’t need a hardcore grammar and spelling beta (although obviously yes please pick up things I’ve missed), so someone who can pick apart what works and doesn’t work on a structural level, and someone who understands the characters in a similar way that I do so we can focus on making sure that’s coming through the work correctly. All I often need is someone to go ‘hey this is vague’ or ‘i can’t quite follow here’ and I can usually unpick the problem myself and identity what’s gone wrong and build a better scene out of it. They don’t have to have the solutions as long as they can identity the problems.
