At least Cole is still having fun with her magic
About to pop!
Zephyr set Mari on fire, and Mari is not having it...
The gang :D
Perching delicately atop of the banister, Cole watched Kappa work. It was a hot afternoon; plumes of heat wafted up to her, lulling her into a soft daydream. "Hey!" Pan teased, tossing a scrunched-up paper ball in her direction. "What's on your mind?" "Oh nothing," she snapped, turning away to hide her blush. "Are you guys, still coming over for dinner tonight?" "What kind of a question is that?" He rolled his eyes and returned his attention to his work. Not looking up, he replied, "Are you cookin', or is take-out involved? You do remember your last dinner party, right?" He smiled. Memories of the girls flailing around like idiots in Cole's kitchen, laughing and billowing tea-towel waves of air in the direction of burnt pavlova smoke emulating from a slightly ajar oven flooded his mind. Shaking his head he chuckled, his usual grin spreading over his face. "Ugh - it was just that once......or twice," she said, screwing up her nose at the memory of the burnt dessert. A thought entered her mind. "Ooooooh, we could have a picnic outside this time. It's hot enough. I could make home-made lemonade and little sandwiches in cut-out shapes." "Alright, alright. Get out of here," he laughed, tossing another scrunched-up ball in her direction. She scuttled off the bannister and down to where Pan and Avett where sitting, watching Kappa work. Holding back a blush, she quickly glanced in his direction. Kappa, noticing someone was watching raised his eyes to meet hers. "Oi, Colt. What you lookin' at?" Turning away, her face as rosy as a Halloween candy apple, she slipped into the free seat next to Avett. "Oh, leave her be, Kappa," Avett cried, tossing the magazine she had been reading at him. Turning her attention back to Cole, she winked. "What are our plans for tonight? Are we burning down your trailer again with crispy pavlova?"

Two preggos catching up
I stare at the house in front of me and all I can think is: it’s cute. I don’t do cute. Quirky, different, crazy maybe, but not cute. And suddenly I miss my old trailer with its crazy wallpaper. As much as I know it is my own fault being here, it doesn’t stop me asking the universe why. I am not really the settling down type, I grew up on the streets with Kappa, spent most of my time learning how to fight and steal, and then became a tattoo artist. Sadly, not many people actually want tattoos here on Dreamer’s Bay. So that’s a bust. I am also not a relationship person. I like men, lots of them, each for a night or two. And that is the reason I ended up here. Mix that with some alcohol and you seem to get a baby, one that needs a real house. On the plus side, the dad is some architect who came over to Dreamer’s Bay for a couple of weeks (whom I still need to tell) and not one of the guys who lives here. Would be awkward to tell Cole that Kappa and I got drunk one night…or deal with Zephyr’s slightly overwhelming family being this kids grandparents/aunts/uncles. I guess being on my own is actually better that way. I mean I have my friends, who for the most part are overexcited. Avett talks about playdates, Cole is over the moon, and Kappa, well he just laughed. I like kids, but I also like giving them back at the end of the day. So now I just have to figure out how to do all the stuff I usually get to avoid. Like diapers. Gross.
