One of my favorite artists, Mari Andrew, is what I'm feeling lately. She's so good at trying to be real and vulnerable with emotions, and I have a lot to learn from her. Totally worth a follow on Instagram.
Drawing as self-discovery: Exercise #3 The Little Things I Am Grateful for
This week I am grateful for:
-able to follow my scheduling
-losing weight (progressively)
- watching my favourite youtube
-listening to audio books (so "reading" book)
-drinking tea while doing computer work
-learning how to type properly
...I thank the little things that made my week so happy. >_<
(I may use this exercise weekly 🤓)
Some wisdom I think about a lot is to spend time only with people who allow you to exhale with radiant ease. What a feeling to feel! I’m very social but careful to spend time just with people who let me exhale.
