Drawing as self-discovery: Exercise #3 The Little Things I Am Grateful for

This week I am grateful for:

-able to follow my scheduling

-losing weight (progressively)

- watching my favourite youtube

-listening to audio books (so "reading" book)

-drinking tea while doing computer work

-learning how to type properly

...I thank the little things that made my week so happy. >_<

Thankful does not begin to describe my joy in getting to share and learn from each of you all year long! This post is dedicated to my #gratitudelist for 2018. Please share your list in the comments! It is so encouraging to hear the good that people find in this world! 1) I am grateful for friends and family that encourage and love me even though there are many days I’m unlovable - my tribe - I would never change them for anything. 2) I am grateful for the ability to work and do something I love. I am so blessed to wear different hats as an attorney, blogger, youtuber, podcaster, and small business owner. On top of that, I get to share my lessons learned, failures and successes in these crazy social media platforms made of squares and snapshots. It is not always real life in pictures but it is real life what we share and for that I thank you! 3) Art - I love the joy that is expressed in art that elevates us from the mundane and takes us to other worldly places. Grateful 19th februari

Today I am grateful of the kindness and real interest that people have in someone.

Today the boy and I picked up a parcel at the local bookstore where it was delivered. The boyfriend got himself a pair of glasses. He told the guy from the bookstore that his new glasses where in it and he encouraged him to show the glasses. He and his wife (they own the bookstore) they loved the glasses and we knew that their interest ware real not fake. I love to connect with people who are really interested in someone and not just because you need to be polite.

The first thing I am grateful for is making someone you love breakfast! to make sure they start their day at their best!

the second thing: knowing your loved ones so well that you can tell what’s on their mind without saying a word.

third:Good conversations at the kitchen table, with tears of joy and tears of anxiety about what is coming, but knowing in the end it makes you stronger

grateful for 2 januari 2018

1. I am grateful that the banana bread loaf turned out so good! I filled it with a handful of pecans and it is delicious and nutritious with a handful of oatmeal and whole wheat flour!

2. The second thing I am grateful of is that lidl sells a fitness tracker that is comparable with a Huawei P9 phone. Fitbit is not compatible with my phone! But I saved money!

3  The third thing I am grateful of  is home workouts, you can do them whenever you like and you don’t need to get out of the house.

Grateful 1 januari 2018

Today I was grateful for: 

1: My boyfriend brought me to work this morning, I really needed it! after a short night.. 

2: That the first of 2018 is a Monday, it means a fresh week, new start, and a clean start. Make your dreams and wishes come true this year!

3: The boyfriend picked me up at the end of my shift and made a lovely dinner.
