Small Group Training
So, tonight I decided to check out small group training at 614fitness with a few of my fellow No Boundaries team members. Marie Miller offers a CORE workout, free of charge, to us on Sundays. This class is offered in her gym and the first is FREE! How could I turn that down, right? I am proud of the fact that I made it through the workout; it was definitely hard. Below is a summary of what we did. Thanks Marie for an awesome workout. I am sure I will feel your #MarieHug all day tomorrow.
Station 1 Balance ball plank Alt Spider-Man Push-ups Crunches
Station 2 Rope Whip Rope Clap Bicep curls Chest press
Station 3 Ladder Box jump Jumping jacks Box frogs
Station 4 Land mine hot potato Plate shrugs Mountain climbers No wall ball
Station 5 Box leg raise right Box leg raise left Maxtrax dead lift Sumo squat
30 seconds on each exercise, 5 second transition time. Three reps then move station.
