Do Emmet bot have a backstory-

Hmm… Not as of now. But I can make one up!! Or like. 2.

(will be after the cut, might be a bit dark so be careful >~<)

1. Relatively boring. Mainly based off of the dream hgsdkd

Robots are kind of like stuffed animals, but they move. You can dress them up however you like and it’s kind of fun!

They’re robots, so they don’t have true feelings or anything, but it’s nice to have them follow you around ;w;. And they’re also super huggable-

dream me probably had an emmet bot bc even in my sleep i cannot escape submas…. *sigh*

2. Angsty!!

Something happened to emmet and he’s inside this weird green tube full of healing(?) liquid? think uhhh dbz style healing tube. Ingo’s been trying to revive Emmet, but nothing’s been working, and he’s just. Sad. And tired.

Then colress just makes a bot that looks like emmet- because that’ll help.

(spoiler alert: It doesn’t really help, but it makes Ingo feel less alone).

Emmet bot isn’t and never will be a replacement for the real emmet. Ingo learned this the hard way :(. But hey, Emmet might get better one day, so who knows? This might end up happy.
