In honour of Pedro Pascal being awsome in Kingsman: The Golden Circle and my bestie @captainviolet wishing for oriental food, I tried a dornish dish: Lamb marinated with honey, chili and different spices cooked on a skewer… After the Game of Thrones cookbook ‘From the Sands of Dorne’ by Chelsea Monroe-Cassel. The last picture is from the book, my cooking doesn’t look that good. Tasted great though.
Tonight in Seattle I took advantage of the Seattle Restaurant Week prices on an intern wage and enjoyed three courses at The Coterie Room in Belltown. I could do it all again. Especially the marinated lamb part.
