Five Random Facts!

I am an extremely loyal friend. 

I was/am an only child. When we become close friends, I consider you part of my family.

I was going to go to law school. When we had our child, I shifted my focus from law school because I didn't want to spend the formative years of my daughters life with my nose in the books. I regret nothing.

I was the valedictorian of my college graduating class. 

I'm totally into chick dramas and YA novels. I don't care... I like them and thats that.

Glad to hear you like them! I don't need a pair of new shoes currently (maybe the Boost though :P) but the look of the Pearl Izumi running shoes is nice.

Do you have any good tofu recipes? I love eating it out and I'm afraid to make it at home... Help a brother out!

This is a great basic method that makes chewy, crispy tofu. http://www.dailygarnish.com/2010/01/how-to-a-tofu-tutorial.html 

You drain extra firm tofu, press out the water, cube it and fry it in a lightly-oiled pan. This is what I do most often. 

I use crispy tofu in bowls (with rice, beans, veggies, sauce, etc.), dipped in something as part of a meal (shake on some buffalo or barbecue sauce), in a wrap or just as a snack. 

I’d go for this before you try to cook softer tofu. Just about everyone likes it. Make sure you salt and pepper liberally. Tofu kind of tastes like nothing on its own. Once you try it with just salt and pepper, try some other seasonings. Curry powder and a mix of coriander and cumin are great
