How did I not know maple bacon gu was a thing
It is most definitely a thing, and I actually thought it was pretty good. It’s not as sweet as some of the other flavors which I very much appreciate. 10/10 will be buying again.
Anna and I realized that we had a 'connection' through a person/human/male/ex-tumblrer and it made me think of Alice in The L Word and her 'Six Degrees of Se(x)paration'. Just imagine the tumblr version.......
Speeding ticket first thing in the morning!!!!! This day doesn't get any better. I almost got late. Got stressed all day just thinking about it... :( first time i hope this won't be a permanent record...i wish :'(

Bless thisfearlesslife for at some point mentioning putting Body Glide on your feet before running in rain/wet. Thanks to her, I have feet instead of giant blisters pretending to be feet!

I'm totally into chick dramas and YA novels. I don't care... I like them and thats that.

Nashville
Nashville was awesome! Now I know why so many people fall in love with this place. I wish I could have spend more time there, or hung out with some people (::cough, cough Anna::).
Although I was only there for 2 days and work took up most of my time, I did manage to do a lot of "musts" for the city:
See Parthenon.
Ate at Hattie B's fried Chicken. Top in Nashville and a Sara recommendation.
Ate at the Smiling Elephant... Top awards in Nashville for Thai Food. If the locals eat there, you should too!
Then had to check out Craft Brewed. AMAZING! Always love a good pint. I had the Highland Gaelic.... yum.
Moved on over to check out the skeletons at The Red Door Saloon. The secret here is that there is a small hole in the ground that you can look through and see a skeleton in a crypt. Gimmicky? Sure, but I liked it.
We then ended up at a local pub for a few drinks until it was time to close out our visit. I wish I could remember what it was called, but it was awesome.
All in all, the trip was great. I think I definitely need to go back and check out more. There is plenty more to do, but I think I knocked out a lot!
