The Blue Heron Bridge Marine Park is the home to many beautiful and bizarre creatures, including seahorses, frog fish, batfish and mimic octopus just to name a few. The park still isn't protected so these creatures are removed by the tropical fish industry constantly! Decorater crabs like this one, stick sponges to its body for camouflage which continues to grow. We must protect what we love or it will be lost forever! During the #MontserratExpedition2015, we found a huge diversity of marine sponges. What do some of these sponges we keep talking about really look like? Thanks @emanueljfg for this close up! #BlueHalo #WaittExpedition #uwphoto #underwaterphotography #marinesponge #porifera @waittfoundation
