There is definitely a unique dynamic that is specific to Dick and Damian as Batman and Robin but it kills me when people push it as 'you were my first robin'
Tim was Dick's first Robin. Maybe even Jason was Dick's first conceptualization of Robin as something other than himself. But Tim literally was the Robin to Dick Grayson as Batman before anything else was even conceptualized
Tim is Dick's Robin. Dick is Tim's Robin. They are so tied together.
At 3 AM, My Body Finally Told Me What Was Wrong. I'd Been Ignoring It for 7 Years.
Noor, 31, lay awake at 3 AM for the hundredth night in a row. Her heart was racing. Her mind was spinning. She was exhausted but couldn't sleep. She'd been to doctors who said 'it's just stress' and handed her another prescription.
That night, she put her hand on her chest and whispered: 'What do you need?'
Silence. Then a thought came: 'I need fuel.'
*Noor had spent 7 years putting the wrong fuel in her body. Not junk food. But the wrong KIND of food for HER body. She'd been eating 'healthy' - salads, smoothies, low-fat everything. But her body was starving.*
Here's what she discovered: Your body needs BHB to unlock fat cells for energy. Without it, you can eat perfectly and still feel exhausted, anxious, and stuck. Noor's BHB was almost zero.
BioVanish™ gave her body the fuel it had been begging for.
The lessons:
🌙 Night 3: Slept through for the first time in years
🧠 Week 2: The 3 AM anxiety disappeared
👗 Week 8: 14lbs lost without changing her 'healthy' diet
'I spent 7 years fighting my body. I just needed to listen. It was telling me the truth all along.'
What is YOUR body trying to tell you? 👇
Educational Science:
"BHB is your body's key to unlocking stored fat for energy. Without it, you run on empty no matter how 'healthy' you eat."
Prompts: "With that stuff in your veins, you're going to tell me everything I want to know." & Fighting the effects of a truth serum/potion so hard that it hurts

When James opened his eyes a wave of nausea hit him as the world around him seemed to spin in a jumble of colors and shapes. Groaning, he shook his head and blinked in an attempt to clear his vision. His body ached too, why was he in pain.
“Look who’s awake,” An amused voice spoke out, a reddish shape swirling in front of him.
Huh… James frowned and blinked again and finally his vision cleared and he came face to face with a woman with bright red hair and a red suit. Ember. Memories immediately slammed into him… The fight, the pain of getting injured, the sting of a needle before the world went dark. The villains had captured him, and at the realization cold horror washed over him. Immediately James tried to get up but was stopped by heavy restraints, which upon closer inspection seemed to keep him strapped down to something that resembled a dentist's chair, currently in a sitting position. Fuck! And to make matters even worse, when James tried to use his powers, he couldn’t. They were blocking them somehow, probably with power dampeners in the cuffs. He was screwed!
James' eyes went up to Ember again and saw Glacia walk up to her and stand next to her, a small case in his hand. His suit stood in sharp contrast to Embers, with light icy blue and white colours.
“Finally, Good to have you with us, Zenith.” He smiled.
James scowled at the two of them. “You're making a huge mistake, my team will come for me…” James began, but was cut off by Ember.
“Oh, I’m sure they will, but not before we’ve gotten all we want,” She said, and James didn't like how confident she sounded. That didn't bode well. He expected they would torture him to get him to talk, he knew they were very capable of hurting people after all.
James set his jaw and spoke in a calm, steady voice. “Hurt me all you want, I won't tell you anything.” That was a bold claim, but James had been trained for this and he was confident his team would focus on finding him fast. He would hold out until then.
Both villains laughed at his words but it was Glacia who spoke up while he opened the case in his hands. “Oh no, Zenith, we don't need to resort to such crude methods to get you to talk,” from the case he grabbed a sturdy looking syringe.
That sent a chill down James' spine. “What do you- “
Glacia took a knife that Ember handed him and made quick work of cutting away some of the sleeve of James' hero suit to expose some skin while James watched with growing horror. What the hell was this concoction? His head was still a little fuzzy from whatever they had knocked him out with during the fight. Still, he did his best to keep a neutral expression on his face because James did not want to give them the satisfaction of thinking he was afraid. He only made a small grimace when Glacia pushed the needle into his skin and injected the unknown liquid, even though his heart was pounding in his chest. James did not like the smug looks on both of their faces as Glacia stepped back and put the empty syringe away on a bench, then turned back to James.
“With this stuff in your veins, you're going to tell us everything we want to know.” Glacia smirked, and Ember looked very pleased too, even triumphant.
What? James couldn't quite hide the look of confusion and horror on his face. He had heard about the existence of truth serums, but never been even close to seeing it be used. “No… you’re bluffing.” He said but couldn't quite keep the tremble out of his voice, he didn't manage to sound as confident as he wanted to.
Their pleased reactions suggested that they were indeed not bluffing. “Oh no, Zenith, we’re not bluffing,” Ember said. “And we want to know everything. Starting with your name.”
“James Ke-” He immediately began, then claimed his mouth shut; eyes wide. James had not meant to say that, and the fact that the truth serums actually worked terrified him. There was so much he could tell them, and it could do so much damage. James could still feel the compulsion to continue responding and tell them his last name, but he forced his mouth to stay closed.
“James, huh?” Ember grinned, amusement glinting in her eyes and her expression mirrored Glacia’s. “And your last name?”
Another wave of compulsion to talk hit James. “Kenn-” he cut himself off again and groaned. Resisting was actually painful, an aching pressure that started in his head and quickly spread to the rest of his body. James let out a gasp and groaned again as he tried to keep his mouth shut.
Ember giggled. “Aw, it’s cute that you think you can resist this. Sooner or later you will talk, you're only making this harder for yourself. Now, tell me.”
“K- Kennedy,” James gasped “My- my last name is Kennedy.” Fuck, he really was going to tell them everything, wasn't he? No! He had to try to keep fighting and buy his team some time to come for him.
Ember’s grin turned almost shark like. “Well, James Kennedy, what are the identities of all your teammates? And how do we find and get into your base?”
Nonono, he couldn't tell them any of that! He had to keep them safe! James squeezed his eyes shut and let out a groan as he clenched his jaw shut, determined to stay quiet for as long as he could. He had to, even as the pain became blinding and blood started dripping from his nose.
