Do you have any information about that thing where you can't eat things that could be mistaken for meat and dairy together? Like, if it could seem like you're eating meat and dairy together, you shouldn't do it?
The concept you’re referring to is called maris ayin, and it isn’t specific to meat and dairy - it’s anything that looks like you’re doing something wrong even if what you’re doing is actually permissible. This thing is itself prohibited in order not to give the wrong impression - even if you are doing it in private. However, if you can do something that makes it obvious to a viewer that you aren’t actually doing anything wrong, then you’re ok. When fake meat/dairy was less common, this meant that you’d need to put the package of the fake item on the table while eating it with the real item in order to make it clear that you weren’t eating actual meat and dairy mixed together. But nowadays that type of item is so common that you’re mostly fine even if you don’t display the package, because people at large are aware that fake meat/dairy exists and will presume that’s what you’re eating if you’re known to keep kosher.
