My brain is actually insane because why did I just see a name I know that’s not at all similar to the one I thought I saw and my brain just told me it was an old friend I don’t want to interact with and panicked so bad I felt sick and quickly unliked and deleted my reblog of the post when it was literally just not at all the same person??? Brain wtf give me a break my heart is going so fast now (I’ve also been seeing a lot of things today so something might be going on)
Does anyone have any good resources on npd, or ocpd? I’m pretty sure I have those (as well as bpd maybe) and wanted to do more research before bringing it up to my therapist
I love connecting my disabilities to feeling like a robot (god that Drumbot Brian disease)
Autistic? Nah, just got a computer for a brain
Hypermobile? Nah, just some loose screws at my joints
Chronically ill and have chronic pain? I’m just rusted through guys, trust
Sometimes my sad thoughts about chronic illness and my health getting worse is like actually bad things like missing out on being with people and not being able to live the way I want to, and discrimination, and not being able to work.
Other times it’s just, no more just dance :-( sad
I’ve done my physio exercises three days in a row after not doing them for over a month :3 I might go on a walk tomorrow too, if I’m feeling well enough
hello! would you have any tips on how to ask your doctor/physical therapist about mobility aids? thank you and i hope you have a great day <3
I don’t I’m sorry :-( I got mine all on my own (after research) and the only time a doctor did chime in he told me he would ‘throw [my] cane to the chainsaw’ which was… very upsetting. He also said no crutches but I have crutches now and I love them and they help so much! So I’m sorry again, I hope you’re able to find answers on how to talk to doctors about it!
i can't believe that some people can walk and not be in pain at all?? like that's crazy to me??
SAME when my friend first told me the normal about of general pain for ableds is zero I genuinely didn’t believe and I still find it so weird like!!! How do you not feel like your joints are out of place and hurting all the time what???
