The Original Broadway cast of Ragtime performs on the 1998 Tony Awards
“The sound of distant thunder Suddenly starting to climb... It was the music: Of something beginning, An era exploding, A century spinning In riches and rags, And in rhythm and rhyme. The people called it ragtime... Ragtime! Ragtime! Ragitme!”

Do you have any favorite roles that Phantom actors have played outside of Phantom? For example mine are:
Michael Crawford as Hero in a Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, and also as Cornelius Hackle in Hello Dolly
Ramin Karimloo as Gleb in Anastasia, as Jean Valjean in Les Mis, and Enjolras in Les Mis as well
And even though he’s more of a supporting character, I have to give a shout out to Mark Jacoby as Father in the original cast of Ragtime, cuz Ragtime is so good.
How about you guys?
