This hurts my heart so much to do, I love my little merm, but I think for now to refresh her muse, that I'm going have to release her into the waves. This is really hard for me to write.. Thanks to everyone who loved Marla as much as I did. Hopefully one day I can have her return to PI. ;-; Okay stop staring at the message and hit send. Deep breath 1. 2. 3.

⏀ describe their usual smile

Klaus always attempts to have pleasant demeanor about him, so while sincere, his usual smile tends to be a little flat, plain, and not terribly wide. Though when genuinely amused, his smile becomes a little... sharper, almost a smirk. (Some might even call it wolf-ish.) 

⌆ a nervous tic or habit they do (aka MORE NERVOUS TICS AND HABITS)

Another nervous tic/habit Klaus has is pacing. He paces when he’s impatient, when he’s waiting for news, when he’s trying to figure out a problem... There’s just something in the movement that gets his chemicals working.

Operation: Flying Broom || Melody & Marla

[★] —- If anyone were to pass by the beach on their way to the pier, they would be met with quite the strange sight.

Strange, because for what reason would a girl decked out in full witch’s garb be standing on the beach, staring down at the broom lying in the sand with pursed lips and a furrowed brow? A perfectly legit reason, that’s what.

Melody had an experiment in mind, and the beach was one of the few places on the island with the adequate amount of open space she needed for it. What was this experiment, you ask...? Well, it was an experiment to make a flying broom of course! Because that’s what all the real witches had, right?

She may not have been as skilled enough in magic to put some kind of flying enchantment on it, but she did know her way around alchemy and potion brewing, and she had just the thing that she suspected could solve her problem! 

If Melody poured the contents of this Float Potion on it, then it’d definitely be able to fly, right? She figured it would, but she wouldn’t really know until she tested it out.

So, with an excited grin, Melody opens the vial of potion and prepares to pour it on the broom when she sees a sudden figure in her peripheral vision. Blinking, the girl turns and sees another girl floating out in the ocean, staring over at the witch curiously. Melody gives her a smile and wave in return as she calls out to her. 

“Hiya there! I see you’re interested in watching my experiment.”
