I just finished an old draft in my blog about the #marrasputki2018, November Running Challenge by @kpk247 . I still can't believe that I was able to exercise every day in November. Unfortunately December is not looking as good, but hey - I beat N-O-V-E-M-B-E-R. 💪 P. S. Great day today! #Marrasputki2018 taken care in the morning with a 6,6 km run with @maurijokiranta. After lunch we picked up our bibs at the competition office and met with Jose Santiago who ran the @helsinkicitymaraton this spring. We did some sightseeing by car and Christmas shopping in the afternoon. Early dinner at Girassol restaurant and now studying the route and getting ready for tomorrow... Aamun lenkillä jalat tuntui kovin tyhjiltä, yöllinen vatsanväänne vei mehut ja näin aamun 🏃‍♂️lenkki jäi lyhyeksi. Onneksi kaurapuuro pelasti lenkin jälkeen tilanteen jotta oli energiaa lähteä töihin jossa oli iloinen pöhinä päällä. Töissä sain ohjata zygätunnin🚴‍♂️ täydelle salille, ihan huippua❤️🔝 Aamuinen mielipaha oli tiessään kun tunniltani lähti iloisia ja punaposkisia 😍asiakkaita. Nämä on näitä ryhmäliikuntaohjaajan ilon hetkiä. Koti hommien jälkeen ajattelin lähteä nauttimaan oikeasta marraskuun säästä, +2c lämmintä ja virkistävä vesisade😀....
