@mars2moons hi
I've got more of my little planet creatures
I just think they are neet
(This is newer)
Phobos' Stickney Crater
The largest moon of Mars, has a massive impact crater, so large it probably almost smashed the moonlet into bits, but it somehow survived and now bares the scars of it's encounter.
Stretching out from the impact crater are lines and canyons that may indicate the stress fractures from the collision, followed by chains of impacts, thought to be the debris thrown into space then re-entering after impact over a period of years.
Both Phobos and Deimos are most likely captured asteroids and both have different fates ahead of them, with Phobos likely to smash into Mars while Deimos escaping and re-entering the asteroid belt where it likely came from originally.
After revisiting the Gameboy version of Mega Man 5 & got up to Dark Moon, it gave me the idea to draw this boss idea I had of a space version of MM9's Twin Devil boss but modeled after the moons of Mars, Phobos & Deimos! Deimos is indestructible so your main goal will have to be destroying Phobos. Using the weakness is optional, but you can use Saturn's Black Hole to make the fight go a little faster.
Hi,your blog is So awesome,it’s reaaaly accurate I saw you post about mercurial moon and I wanted to know what’s your opinion on Mars moons,I have Aries moon and Scorpio Venus so my emotional stuff are really affected by Mars,any ideas/advice??
Martian Moons
Including Aries Moons and Scorpio Moon have Mars the God of War sitting in the sector of their inner world and emotional habits. The can be known for their action oriented drive and impulsivity. Mars or anyone ruled by him do not like to wait. It is not in their nature [unless they have some Pluto or Saturn going on]. They want what they want and they want it now. This often helps them be pioneers in whatever they dedicate themselves to. They will attack with full force. They’re often the early bird to get the worm [remember Aries is Cardinal]. These people are independent. They do not like asking for assistance and prefer to work alone. They HATE being told what to do. These people do not like to see others being passive since they rarely succumb to this attitude. They do not like weak people either. The moon in this attitude indicates emotional independence. So they are not the types you see cry easily. Might be quick to react but also ready to forgive just as easily since Mars does not dwell like Pluto does. You are likely to enjoy the space to be your own person, and will feel trapped if others try to limit you. This is actually what will set a Martian moon off, the feeling of inhibition by something, or someone. When they speak they can be blunt, simple, and direct. Do not expect these people to be afraid of you or cower. When developed, they will not be afraid to run rough-shod over anyone who gets in their way. Competitive and will do whatever it takes to win if the goal means something to them. These natives do need to take are not to let their hot-headedness get them in situations that are easily avoidable. Very good warriors, yes but bad tacticians if under-developed. Their need to rush in can blind them to the traps others might lay adjacent to them. Think of Achilles—warrior, excellent in his field, virtually unstoppable, that is of course until someone nicked him in the heel. Then it was all over. Bad way to go out. These natives must THINK before they act. Once they get the warrior in them to think like the General Mars is, they’ll be a force to be reckoned with.
Scorpio Venus
Means intensity. Period, lol. My heart tends to go out to people [men or women] with this placement because Venus is very uncomfortable in Scorpio. She is actually at her detriment sitting in all that dark and intense energy. Sometimes, bad things happen when she’s living here. She is happier in Libra [which she rules] where things are light. So someone with Venus in Scorpio will love INTENSELY. That is when they finally do fall. They like the hunt. The chase excites them. They will hunt their prey romantic interest even without them knowing sometimes. The quintessential ‘bad boy/bad girl’ tends to be the type for someone with this placement. Femme Fatales and rebel’s without a cause. They either are these people or can handle them with ease. They do happen to be intrigued by innocence more so. These natives are the type to have sex for catharsis. BDSM kinks are also indicated here. May be obsessed with sex or could have the tendencies to be a sex addict. Relationships are typically kept hidden, not the type to kiss and tell– will also dislike people who do so. Mars and Pluto working in the sector of things we love and appreciate can make the darker or more war-like/taboo things a kink of theirs. They can attract drama or intensity just because it feels natural to them. However, when an individual does find love, the can be obsessive, possessive, and jealous. Eh, It’s a Scorpio thing. Not their fault. The good thing is, Venus in Scorpio can be a human lie detector so they’ll typically know when something is off about someone. in sex, it might be hard for their partner to fake an orgasm without them knowing [trust me]. They are also very ‘all or nothing’ when they’re committed– putting their blood, sweat, tears, and even vomit into their relationships, lol. ‘Keeping things light’ is just not their thing. They need to trust their partner so they won’t ‘merge’ with just anyone long-term if they have reservations about you. Be careful with this placement when it comes to getting involved in abusive relationships. Because of the intensity of this energy, energy vampires might find it easy to sense you. They can latch to you like a leech or a remora. Protect your energy so as to avoid this.

Moons and demons...
Science facts for fantasy writers
Mars is called the red planet. It’s named after the Roman God of War. What you might not know is that Mars has two satellites: Deimos and Phobos, which means Dread and Fear.
Think about a story of a world that has two orbiting demons as its moons, casting their shadow upon the life on that planet. And the beings on the planet have come up with peculiar ways of controlling their influence. By the way, Deimos and Phobos don’t look like our moon, round and beautiful, but like misshapen boulders orbiting Mars.
