Welp imma drop my silly headcannon here.

Mine is that before Grian finally left high school he killed Sam. Just put poison in some of his food and watched him writhe in pain before dying. He screamed after that, for everything he’s gone through just for Sam to be gone just like that. Though it helped, in some sort of twisted way, seeing Sam lay there.

Grian didn’t move the body, didn’t hide the poison bottle didn’t polish or remove his fingerprints. Nobody would care that Sam just stopped showing up, they would just forget him. Just another body laid to waste in the cursed city.

Grian left first thing in the morning after that.
