This week's #wcw is #scarletwitch herself, #elizabetholsen! Like most people I suspect, I didn't even know that the #olsen twins had a sister until her breakthrough performance in #marthamarcymaymarlene. Olsen is a stunning actress: gorgeously understated, even when playing a superhero, and always hiding something slightly dark beneath the surface. I didn't care about Scarlet Witch before she was announced to be joining the #marvelcinematicuniverse, but Olsen's casting made me care. Thankfully they did away with the silly headdress and leotard, and while the films haven't and probably never will feature her enough, the potential of her power is really intriguing. It was great that her honest mistake is what triggered the events of #captainamericacivilwar: I just still wish we saw more of her in it! Alas, I'll get more next year, so I'm excited for that. In the meantime, since I've only seen four films she's been in (including the forgettable #godzilla), maybe I need to watch a few things! Olsen is so magnetic, I don't know how I couldn't.
