Feidlimid mac Crimthain, King of Munster between 820 and 846.
He was apparently abbot of Cork and Clonfert, and possibly a bishop.
After his death, he was considered a saint by martyrology.
In 838 Niall mac Áeda (High King between 833 and 846) and Feidlimid held a rigdal, a royal conference, at Cloncurry or Clonfert. Southern sources such as the Annals of Innisfallen say that Niall acknowledged Feidlimid as High King, while northern sources such as the Annals of Ulster simply report the meeting without giving further details.
