Top 20 Best/Most Romantic MegOp Moments
Note: I have not watched/read every single Transformers thing ever made, so I'm sure I'm missing a few. What I haven't seen yet: Energon, Cybertron, Bayverse, Earthspark, IDW, most of Prime..
But so far, these are my top 20 favorite MegOp moments from across the multiverse!
#20 The MacAdam's date in Cyberverse
A cute little moment to ease in; in Cyberverse we have this flashback to them in their pre-divorce days just sitting together, at MacAdam's, utterly locked into each other's eyes. Just like, ignoring the rest of the world, having their little debate, nobody else around. And you know, yup. That's totally them.
#19 The Orion Pax arc of TFP
Prime Megs and OP are the most divorced version - I haven't even seen all of Prime, there's no doubt moments I'm missing - this moment though struck me as the most emotional so far. OP loses his memories, Megs tells him they're still friends. There's just such a sense of longing throughout the whole thing. The life they once had, and never will again.
Found some jazzprowl while reading the Marvel UK Transformers comics.
Thought I’d share :)

"Regeneration One Shockwave x Regeneration One StarscreamSpecifically the panel where Shockwave says, "Is this... emotion?" while holding Starscream just GETS me every time. Definitely the most healthy version of their characters for each other." -Anon Submitter

"The... logical course of action would be to depart forthwith. But I feel strangely compelled... to remove Starscream from harm's way. Interrogative: Is this... emotion?"
Thanks to @lyreofsheliak and @burbur178-specialedition for sending the panel!
Going into as many transformers media as I can get a hold of is very funny in regards to Jetfire. Optimus Prime? Very consistent along all iterations. Jetfire? Noooo clue what he's gonna be next. I feel like the only thing that ties him together is that he eventually becomes an Autobot. Though I am only on episode 2 of TF:WfC so who knows maybe his hinted morals won't be a problem for the Decepticons.
Not pictured here is TFA Jetfire whom the creator literally admitted is a totally different character, he gets an honorable mention though.
Marvel G1 comics Starscream really had it all. He is (almost) everything this fandom wants in a Starscream but he gets no appreciation whatsoever.
He is smart as fuck, he's powerful, he's petty, he's manipulative, a bloodthirsty lunatic, a pathetic coward, he's stupid, he's whiny, he kick-started the entire war for clout, he knows who Jesus is and hates him, manages one (1) moment of Altruism, horribly abused that one time, evil and proud, evil yaoi with his rival dictator after levelling eachother's cities.
Despite all of this still manages to bumble himself into a redemption arc somehow. Does entire 180 turns morally when someone is nice to him. Redeemed yaoi with the same rival dictator. Helped kill Megatron. Blew Galvatron out of the airlock. Only Starscream to live happily ever after. Simon Furman really left nothing on the table.
Unfortunately he is very ugly so no one cares about him. Not me though, I love my fugly irredeemably evil yet somehow redeemed chud robot. He really had it all
