Pirate Kobolds
My wife just inspired some of the greatest world building. My players recently arrived in a lake town and learned of a dragon that legend says lives/lived on/near the island in the middle of the lake.
At first I had the thought that the fisherman and merchants would leave offerings to appease this long forgotten dragon and Kobolds might just live on the island
BUT!
