Ohhhh yeah I actually used to watch the show when I was little! I was wondering why it sounded so familiar. I think Zan could turn into animals and Jayna had water powers or something? They were sort of like Mas y Menos from teen titans (they had to touch each other to activate their powers.) Thank you!! And thank you hera-953!

I definitely had never heard of it before but I know now and it’s all very cute from what I can tell.

And did you see what @bikerideoceanside replied to my original post on this whole “where did the wonder twins label come form for Dan and Alana?” Apparently here’s a particular artist who tags them at the wonder twins a lot, for example here and here.

So from what we’ve gathered I think it’s mostly just a cutesy fandom thing that a one persona/few people started doing and now more people call them that because it’s adorable... which is just as well

Would you like to join any of the discord groups I'm in? They're pretty chill. I mod for a self care sunday group, and there's a bridge server (not very active tho), and penumbra (we're all fam) and a smaller wolf server, bright sessions, kakos, eos 10, ars, night vale (again, pretty quiet) and also a podcast RP server that I recently started that's going to start up again when NaNo ends.

I’m just gonna copy-paste my answer from before: 

I don’t really like podcast discords (or discords for other shows) because they’re overcrowded and you end up in chats with people that you don’t necessarily like. That’s not what I want. 

but also add that it’s not so much a group chat that I want, but an internet friend group. Like, there’s lots of people that I talk to on tumblr now, and I really really love that, but I kind of miss having a squad, y’know?
