In my book, Viktor Adler/Master Org is possibly the evilest of all the villains in Power Rangers. Sure, there are other contenders, but it’s the fact that he CHOSE evil. Unlike the various other villains, unlike those who born or indoctrinated into evil, he made the choice to be evil, to become Master Org, to kill those who called him friend for their perceived slights.
