Today was my last day in the office for a year 😅 So happy I made it to the end this time & that I got to say goodbye to everyone & clear my inbox & set an out of office - boring stuff that actually meant a lot!
I now want to finish up nesting as quickly as possible so that I can spend the rest of the time before the baby comes doing lovely things like swimming & reading & having a facial & spending time with my family & just enjoying my last few days before life gets turned upside down all over again!
Me yesterday!! 37 weeks, 2 days, it was my last day of working! Mat leave has officially begun!
I have to call EI
I don't want to, cause I hate calling people, but I have to.
I started my mat leave April 29th, and put my claim in at 6am on April 28th. My claim is STILL "under review" with 0 updates.
That means no income, I have literally no money coming in.
My part time OSAP came through finally, but most of it went to outstanding bills and groceries. Adam is still working but that's not enough to get us through.
I'm so freaking stressed.
