Jonathan recently appeared on the Trigger Warning podcast with Adam Klesh and Daniel Nardicio. Jonathan appeared on Adam's Tipsy Bear podcast while filming Matrix 4 in Berlin. Jonathan's ex Tima is a close friend of Adam.

In the photo above Jonathan is on the 'Beyonce' horse at Red Eye (one of Adam's clubs in New York). The episode was recorded in the week after Jonathan's vacation in January.

Highlights from the podcast are below, noting the interview is very chaotic, NSFW and unstructured. Jonathan is interviewed from about 17.20:

Co-host Daniel talks before the interview at 16:50 starts about how Jonathan has a reputation as a good lover (Jonathan was not present at the time).

Jonathan is given two introductions, including a description of his callipygous (well-shaped or finely developed) buttocks, which then comes up multiple times during the interview.

Jonathan is described as having golden retriever energy, which he claims not to have heard before.

Jonathan says he reads reviews, but he doesn't read fan sites or fan mail after "some strange interactions that I was like, OK, I have to stop engaging with this part of it."

Jonathan says Parker Posey was going to be in Matrix 4. She was in San Francisco with the cast before Covid shut down the film shoot and he had gone vintage clothes shopping with Parker and her gay friends.

Jonathan says he may do concerts again after Just in Time finishes but stopped because he was so focused on developing Just in Time.

Adam was seeing Just in Time for the sixth time that night, and had previously danced with Jonathan from a table seat. He was also at opening night.

There's a long discussion about Goodbye Oscar including Jonathan praising Sean Hayes' performance (again).

Jonathan was originally due to finish Just in Time in January.

Jonathan says he "fucking loves" Heated Rivalry.

Daniel had previously spoken with Jonathan about doing a show with Liza Minnelli and Chita Rivera, but it didn't go ahead due to Liza's personal issues. Liza was a big influence for Just in Time and Jonathan includes some Liza gestures in the show.

Jonathan talked about how Matthew Magnusson 'saved his ass' when he got sick and missed shows after Thanksgiving. On the morning of Friday’s show after Thanksgiving Jonathan's father thought he was vomiting because he sounded so ill. Jonathan said he talked to Matt about it weeks later and Matt said he was in his dressing room and suddenly heard his name and knew he had to go on.

Jonathan says his next goal is to become more involved in producing, including developing the artist's studio on his father’s farm. He is also involved in developing 'Animal Magnetism' and thinks of it as a version of Spring Awakening for a new generation. He wants to help new young people coming to New York, and references Sadie Dickerson as a younger person he wants to encourage.

Jonathan talks about how he would always "open mouth kiss with tongue" Lea Michele during Spring Awakening.

Asked about next projects, Jonathan says he "has some things".

When talking about 'Blue Jasmine' and Cate Blanchett movies, Adam says "you and B (beeped out) can have a movie night tonight." "Exactly."

Adam says he has seen theatre with Jonathan. Jonathan says he still tries to get to shows with his schedule, and saw 'John Proctor is the Villain' (and found it "fucking amazing") and 'The Outsiders'.

The hosts gave Jonathan a 'Clone A W***' p**** plaster mold kit that will glow in the dark. Asked if it would be for him or someone else, Jonathan says "I see reasons for both."

Jonathan says he doesn't have a manager but has an agent and likes direct contact.

Jonathan's 'trigger' is people saying 'right' when talking, as it sounds passive-aggressive. He stopped listening to NPR during the shutdown because every podcast was doing it.
