How Have We Not Realized This?
Caroline: I’m about to take an L on all my finals.
Matthew J: Well, life starts with L so you might as well accept it.
Caroline: *Is woke as fuck*

Post-AGT Appearance 1173: Matthew J WBFM 93.7 fm December 5
My fourth song on Chris Janson’s album would not be heard on radio or tv until Sunday night. Matthew J on WBFM 93.7, a country station in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, would play it without comment late in his Sunday night show.
Janson: In the grocery store we must dispose of food when it goes stale.
If I don’t someday I might just end up calling you bor bail,
‘Cause there are laws that say do this or you may go to jail.
So on batterles, boxes and cans you’ll see a date of expiration,
And the date you see on milk cartons don’t mean evaporation.
I could go on but you don’t need no further explanation.
Now honey our relationship
Was once a thrill, has been a trip,
But our love has gone cold of late
And reached its expiration date.
I’m not sure when but this tired, old relationship of ours
Has gotten lumpy like bottled milk the day that it sours.
So it’s time to pour it down the drain
Before we both go full insane.
You keep the kids. You keep the house.
I’ll sneak out quiet as a mouse.
The grocery store is where I’ll be,
But send the message. Don’t call me.
I can’t handle the putrid smell;
Don’t care if you tell me go to Hell;
Not sure about my future state,
But I won’t return your hate for hate.
We just reached our expiration date.
We reached our expiration date.
We reached the expiration date of love.
(Repeat chorus)
Now brother, when the time has come do not sit and wait.
Get out of your relationship. Don’t long hesitate.
You don’t need a lot of reasons. This simple one will do.
Just tell her, “goodbye honey, my life’s gone stale with you.
Our life was fresh, but now it’s sour.
I can not stay another hour.
Let’s not continue to debate.
We’re at our expiration date.
We’ve reached the expiration date of love.
We’ve reached the expiration date of love.
You're more reflective than your iPhone screen

A problem is only as big as you allow it to get. There are NO problems, in life. There are only small solutions. You have to always think bigger. - Words by Matthew James

You can buy fashion and you can adopt a style, but you cannot fake authenticity. A lot of people seem to think that looking a certain way gives them automatic credibility, and that is so wrong. As much as people may mimic certain cultural traits or behaviors, they will NEVER be a part of that culture. These people are frauds and voyeurs. THEY AREN'T PART OF THE CULTURE. Winning is a cultural concept, too; many people try to talk the talk, but they do not follow through with justifiable actions. If you're truly down with something, it is not a phase nor social experiment; it's a way of life. The culture of winning and stay positive, in spite of all the troubles you face in life, is one you have to be fully committed to. You cannot fake it. You cannot be part-time devoted to winning; to aspiring for better. You have to be married to the entire concept of winning and thriving. You have to be linked til death ... and even then you have to stay with it. NO half-stepping. - Words by Matthew James

A contingency plan is NOT a "Plan-B". The one and only objective is to win, according to an original vision. Always stay true to the vision. - Words by Matthew James

Too many lames are sitting around here, waiting on the afterlife (if there is one). I don't doubt the existence of a 'life' beyond this world HOWEVER I do doubt any mentality which suppresses personal joy until one reaches that level. How is that righteous? How is that logical?
